Recruitment process

Your application


We are reviewing applications on a continuous basis so we can get back to you as quickly as possible. If you are not invited for an interview, we may ask for your permission to keep your application for 6 months in case another relevant position matches your profile.

First interview


If you are invited for a first interview, it means you have already made a good impression among the pool of candidates. At the first interview, our focus is to get to know you better. We address your professional competencies, your personal qualifications as well as your motivation behind applying for this position. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

Second interview


In the second interview, we place more emphasis on our mutual expectations.
Often you will be presented with a case to elaborate on, and we will go more into details with your professional competencies. Second interview is also an opportunity for you to ask about things that you may have thought about since the first interview.

Congratulations! And welcome on board as a part of team Lind Capital.
