July 3, 2017 - Internal knowledge sharing at Lind Capital
Knowledge sharing is about taking advantage of knowledge that already exists. This can be done by securing access to knowledge for those who need it. In this picture, our Business Controller, Kristian, is sharing his knowledge with colleagues regarding Qlik Sense, which is self service business intelligence software. Combined with our data warehouse, it simplifies access to business data and promotes insight across the organisation. At LC, we see the value in internal knowledge sharing and we encourage our employees to share the knowledge they hold.

June 19, 2017 - Update: Former Interns get employed on a permanent basis
We are very proud to announce that our two student workers, Kim and Morten, have graduated as cand.oecon. and cand.merc.fin. respectively. Both with the highest grade possible! Both Kim and Morten started as Interns at Lind Capital in September 2016. Since January, they have both been employed as student workers and from September 2017, they both accepted a position as Analyst and will therefore continue to strengthen our analysis team in the future. We wish Kim and Morten congratulation on their graduation and look forward to further collaboration!
June 15, 2017 - Update: The value of business trips
We often send our employees on business travels for different purposes; knowledge sharing, networking, inspiration etc. Tuesday, our Director of Business Development, Palle Broman, returned from Paris, where he is a part of a consultative working group for ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority). Here, he provides technical advice to the Secondary Market Standing Committee (SMSC), together with other market participants elected by ESMA. The SMSC develop policies in order to safeguard the stability of the financial markets in the European Union. #shareyourknowledge
June 2, 2017 - Update: A culinary experience with colleagues!
At Lind Capital, we work together to create strong results and our everyday is characterised by a strong pace so when we get the chance, we do social things together outside the office. Yesterday, every LC employee was invited to restaurant Frederikshøj in Aarhus, where we enjoyed 10 courses of chef Wassim’s favorite dishes.

In our Innovation Area, there is both room for developing new ideas and taking a deserved break from the computer screen. Lately, we have added a PlayStation, which together with our table football, make room for social intercourse with colleagues. Why? Because we believe it improves the working environment and creates more effective employees.

March 7, 2017 - Lind Capital's 10th anniversary
Today, on the 7th of March, Lind Capital has its 10th anniversary. Today, we eat cake to celebrate the event and Saturday, we celebrated the event with a terrific day and evening along with colleagues outside the office. All in all it was a very entertaining day and evening with colleagues and we will talk about for a long time!
February 1, 2017 - A new Trader at LC
Previously, Niels has been a part of LC when he did his internship here during his time of studies. After Niels graduated, he moved to Copenhagen for a job, but has now returned to Aarhus and Lind Capital.
